Chiefs and people of Asempanaye in the Breman Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District of the Central Region have expressed their gratitude to Dr. Michael Kyeremateng Foundation for assisting them to have a Community-based Health and Planning Services, (CHPS compound).
Narrating the ordeal they have been going  through to access quality healthcare at Breman Asikuma, the residents lamented that many sick children and pregnant women in labour have lost their lives when they were being transported through deplorable and bumpy roads.
According to him, the sick persons sometimes gone to the hospital with other complications due to the distance and the bad nature of the road.
He mentioned the community through their Self Help Programme started building the CHPS "but was halted along the way due to financial constraints, this is when they appealed to Dr. Michael Kyeremateng Foundation to come to their aid.
According to him, after the completion of the project, the health facility will not only serve the farming community which is about 800 population but will also go a long way to ease the stress the other people in the adjoining community goes through to access quality healthcare delivery. 
"Though the facility is in use due to its necessity for the residents, it is left with a lighting system, accommodation, toilet, and bathroom facility for the staff who will occupy the place, they are, therefore, calling on other benevolent organizations to come to their help as Dr. Kyeremateng Foundation has done."
Addressing the gathering, the Executive Secretary of Dr. Michael Kyeremateng Foundation, Ms. Mabel Ama Dadzie, stated that Dr. Kyeremateng Foundation as its CEO being a Medical Homeopath by profession knows the importance of quality healthcare hence their swiftness to go into their aid following their appeal.
She, therefore, pledged the foundation's commitment to complete the project
